As most of you know I do mixed media art where I cut shapes out of blocks of color in magazines and then piece them together to form pictures like mosaics.

Anyway, so far what I've been doing is using People. Sean gets it to put out in his waiting area, and then once it's old, I get to cut it up. But the last time I tried it seemed people had changed to a cheaper and flimsier paper. I cut out tiny, tiny shapes free-hand and the cheap paper wouldn't hold up. Does anyone have any suggestions of magazines that are printed on nice, thick, glossy pages that are colorful. They don't have to be great magazines--in fact it's better if I don't care for the articles, so I don't feel like saving anything for later. And ads are often the best things to cut up, so if it's full of ads that's ok too.
