Thoughts on Wedding Gifts
Anyone have any stunning wedding gift advice for me. Here's the deal. My good, good, good friend Carrie is getting married in exactly one month. She's getting married in LA, and we're actually for the first time ever, going to travel. We're getting a pet sitter, flying weird flights, and trying to pinch our pennies, but we're going to California.
I asked her what kind of gift she might like, and naturally she said that the fact that we're coming is enough of a gift. But I feel we need to do something, and we should mail it pretty quickly, because we cannot carry a gift on a plane I don't think.
So, how can I get the maximum bang for the buck. Naturally the thought of giving her some beadwork or art has entered my mind, and I still might, but Sean feels that's purely a gift from me, and we ought to get something so it can be from both of us.
