If you say 'yeah, you were a big help!', it basically ends up the same. Your Guardian Beast just tells you off a little for lying to them and gives the 'we'll never work if you can't tell me the truth' bit.

They come back whenever you re-enter an area, yeah.

You just have to be at the forge to repair all your weapons.
