we're finally intertwined
My god, guys, I think the warmer weather is making the nerds come out in droves. I was only out for about four hours today, and I managed to see:
- A group of six people, about my age, all in Naruto cosplay (pretty sure it wasn't for a con or anything, which makes it even better)
- Some guy either cosplaying Doctor Who (Ten, naturally) or just stealth-trolling his work
- Two guys on the bus home, one of which who spoke the entire time on the subject of Batman while his friend just...silently bore with it I guess
- And more than one person wearing Pac-Man/Zelda shirts which always makes me happy.
Just more reasons to love this city, seriously. The only bad points were that my wonderful Minato headphones seem to be bugging up and not plugging in properly, so the sound started jumping all over the place. That really threw me off my groove.
Q10 also started bugging out on me and refuses to give me running word counts and throws up error messages every so often. I got some good writing done before that - including the first chunk of a P4 fic which I will post in just a moment - but man. Not knowing how much I've written reaaaally niggles at me. It almost makes me want to go back to MS Word...except not really at all.
PS: finally finished Zelda: Spirit Tracks. Or as I like to call it, Legend of Fetch Quest: Backtracking feat. Trains. Fuck that game.
Almost to the end of The Answer too! I may just finish it today. Also started playing Flower Sun and Rain again and my god. This game just keeps getting more and more bizarre.

EDIT: THAT'S NOT ALL. Dad also brought home a pair of black grip-gloves! I think if I paint over the writing on them, they'd make Akihiko gloves pretty easily.../considers cosplay
EDIT #2: Oh, I just remembered! I also saw a black Porsche convertible in the liquor store parking lot on my way home. I am by no means someone who dorks out over cars, but my god, fucking unf. I would do horrible, demeaning things for a car like that.
