Time: September 17, 2000
Place: The Bar
Status: Private (Loki, Crowley) (Complete)
Summary: Mr Lyesmith causing trouble as usual.
He felt lonely in what he still secretly thought of as Odin's room. Oh, it was comfortable to have that big bed to himself, but somehow it felt too empty and silent.
Despite the fact that Loki had made sure never to open the window since Odin left even the smell of smoke was beginning to fade and the number of empty bottles on the floor seemed to have reduced since then as well. Maybe this was just in his head, though. Or maybe room service was to blame.
It didn't seem likely that they'd remove the bottles one at a time, but just in case he put up the do not disturb sign as he left the room to go find some company.
His fist impulse was to visit Uriel, but he'd done that a little too often lately. She was probably working anyway. He considered going out to visit Binky and maybe find the big black doggie, if he was lucky, but walked into the bar instead. Perhaps War or Polly would be there. He hadn't talked to either of them in a while and they were always pleasant company.
No, no familiar faces, but then it was a bit early for the bar. Loki hopped onto a barstool and ordered a beer. The English had no idea how to serve proper beer, but after having to go without alcohol for so long even that seemed drinkable.
