so i went on wednesday to see OLDE ENGLISH! it was so awsome. sorry for the crappy quality of these couple of pictures. all were taken on my cameraphone. they would be a lot worse if i hadn't been IN THE FRONT ROW. but i still need to get a camera.

here's razin. and uh, see all that shiny stuff? fishing wire. when we got there the whole stage was basically a big mess of fishing wire. it ended up being this incredible "invisible man" sketch where the whole thing was run by ben and caleb pulling little strings at the edge of the stage and making things move.

adam did a live version of "astronauts".

then there were a bunch of 10 second sketches. this one was the invention of a lumberjack. raizin and dave were trees.

um. something about new newfoundland. i was pretty confused. but dave's hat was pretty cool.

this was the theater. which i've now learned is a pretty amazing place.

skids and nate. skids had everyone sign her t shirt. nate had everyone sign his peanut butter jar.

and. last but not least. how can be sure you're telling me the truth?

so yeah. pretty awsome. but what was REALLY awsome was the fact that, yeah okay seeing olde english was pretty freakin cool and all but the group that went on for the second half of the show was HILARIOUS. these two girls called "megan and bridie: friend without benefits". their sketches weren't individual but instead told this whole story which was pretty cool. i definitely suggest checking them out. to everyone. pretty funny stuff.

so then today sam and skids and i went to philadelphia to look at upenn and also just to have something to do. upenn was kind of bleh. it was really big and i didn't really like it. we also were really sick of ben franklin by the time we left. i mean, philadelphia is a great city and all but it's just not for me. i need new york. and speaking of which, we didn't feel like getting stuck in traffic on the way home so we stopped at 116th street near columbia and ate some dinner. sam and skids and i walked around the columbia campus a bit and it's really pretty. i'm starting to think about applying there.

and thats about it. now i'm going to go sleep for the next 15 hours.
