I'm having a major craving for spaghetti and garlic bread. Like, I've wanted it since Thursday morning and haven't had stuff to make it b/c I was babysitting and stuff. So tonight when discussing dinner, we pondered Olive Garden vs Macaroni Grill.
MG = Eggplant parmesan + create your own pasta + bruschetta (which we cannot NOT get) = $33+
OG = 5 cheese ziti + shrimp primavera = $28+
Tim then pulled the calculator up again and we discussed the cost of him going to the store and buying spaghetti & sauce & texas toast garlic bread with melty cheese on it.
Home made dinner, while perhaps not quite as tasty & delicious = maybe $6? :P
He discussed it with such utter seriousness that I had a severe fit of the giggles.
