I got locked out of Twitter for "promoting suicide" by directly @ Twitter suggesting they replace their 'poison pills' with actual cyanide before sending it to Elon. Which is outrageous because I'm pretty sure that that's homicide, not self-harm.
Anyway, up to that point I'd been relying on Twitter for news, following journalists and critics for beats. Now, I'm left to my own devices, which I gotta say, is pretty bare. I have my whole toolbar full of bookmarked periodicals, but it's not the same as getting the stuff direct from the source.
Thinking about giving substack a go. We'll see.
