another christmas past

phew.  christmas is over.  this year i got a chance to spoil jim for his birthday and for christmas.  every year he spends way too much on me and this time, i beat him to the punch.  i got him a really nice Dragon (snowboard company very nice stuff) hoodie, a pioneer dvd, quicksilver cologne, and a rocking birthday sexin.  he told me that he hated what he got me, it wasn't half as much as what he felt i deserved, but still he got me a portable dvd for work so i could watch movies on midnight shift and a gift certificate to the body shop.  in fact i got two gift certificates to the body shop this year.  look out body shop!!  the best gift i got this year was being happy with jim.  this is the first christmas since we've been together that we were *together*.  it's almost like we've finally realized that we both don't have much in this world and having one another means more than either of us are capable of saying to one another.  we both remember why we fell in love with one another and the last few weeks have been more about us just being us, then it has been about everything that stresses us.  it's been awesome.  i'm so grateful that things are working out the way they are.  that's the best christmas gift of all.
