I performed medical procedures without a license. It's punishable by prison where I'm from.

I mean, I guess if you operated in a back alley with a rusty saw and all your patients died that'd count as bad. I'm guessing that's not what happened.

No, very, very few patients die. But, where I come from, being unlicensed equates to be incapable of obtaining one.

They don't consider the possibility that I might not want one.
