Hrm ... I advise a few people who direct funds here at foundations.

Went through the site but wanted to get a better idea of what's going on that I may be able to relay to people here.

Are you a formally registered nonprofit, or piggybacking from an existing 503c?

We are incorporated and are in the process of getting our non-profit status. One of our teachers runs a non-profit and I'm sure that we could piggy back off her.

I have a meeting from 3~4pm, then hopping on the BART (underground tunnel system = no cell reception) After 6:15 would work well, but is that too late for you?
