A new midwife came round this morning as asked for my "story" - why they're all incapable of looking at my notes I don't know, but I guess it's to make conversation and break the ice. When I explained it all she looked at me deadpan and just said "Well why don't you just go into labour instead of sitting around here for three weeks?".

Ya think?

I told her thanks for the suggestion and that I'd add it to my todo list, she's lucky she didn't get cracked in the head with a blood pressure monitor.
