Aurora's writing stories.. yay.
so the kids got some treats from the grandparents in the mail - a few things from Guatemala & Costa Rica: Aurora got a fabric journal cover w/a braided bookmark & a journal inside w/ a note from Grandma Freya that said "a story, by Aurora" ...
So, a couple hours later she's filled 3 pages with the small text of a story & it's titled "the horse stone" - so far it's about a girl who wants a horse & has a horse stone that comes to life. ;) Pretty interesting & I'm happy that she's been able to write so happily & productively: she's always been a bit dramatic & full of stories, and dressing up/playing pretend: so it's nice she has an outlet that can "keep up with her" - it's good to see.
