Seems that Case 39 can't stop to try and get new promotion based on Bradley Cooper's recent fame - good thing is we get "new" promo
pics click 3x for full benefit
and generating new reviews -
this one is hateful (I watched this movie so you didn't have to. You're welcome) and hilarious (I rate this movie a 0.02 out of 3.14) and even if they can't spell Battlestar Galactica I forgive them because they pay credit to Callum's talent, sort of (Callum Rennie has his talent wasted).
ETA: from an nth
review,
When the Sullivans (Callum Keith Rennie and Kerry O'Malley) do a full-on Hansel and Gretel, forcing Lily into an oven and trying to bake her to a crisp, the patented Zellweger Death Squint goes into full effect. :D
Not waiting for this new attempt at fame winning, a long time ago, we've had great picspams of Case 39 (the important part anyway) like
here and
here.
digitalspy.co.uk forum has two threads about Shattered
here and
here - they're not enthused /o\
Trigger gets another
review, harshly contrasting against the general praise of the movie. Its only benefit is to inform that Hugh Dillon was also involved in its production - first time I've seen it mentioned.
Now posted an
interview with Daniel MacIvor and Bruce McDonald, with three short audio clips:
- Daniel MacIvor and Bruce McDonald on the movie's subtext
- MacIvor and McDonald on reworking the script with the actors during the shoot
- McDonald on Callum Keith Rennie's contribution to the film
You know it's great, just that little moment where Callum gives Tracy a hug and a kiss just before he- she walks off, you know. He just really wanted to be there, you know. Maybe to have that on film, or to make her know that this was his way of saying goodbye or hello, you know, this- beautiful. And he was- yeah he was great, like he sent a cheque for like 10 grands, just to buy some film stock, and he flew himself in from wherever he was coming from to play this part, and hang out with us for a couple of days, just kind of being on the set and just was the happiest. He'd come out of this nightmare film thing that he was doing and he was like this: "This is great, I love this! This is so awesome! Why can't it be like this all the time?"

First
review of Faith, Fraud and Minimum currently showing at Calgary International Film Festival.
Equally touching, entertaining and funny, Faith, Fraud and Minimum Wage is a creative commentary on society, capitalism, faith and what it means to be faithful. MacIsaac and Keith are heartbreakingly believable, suffusing the film with an emotional quality that extends beyond the screen to the audience.
This site has great stills from various shows, including Battlestar Galactica. On BSG page 2, latest pics with Callum under Jun 19, 2010. Like these
On White Collar front,
china_shop has posted a
fic which is both mind-boggling and awesome. And
pretty picspams.
Last, on
due South rewatch front, I'm hopelessly behind trying to catch up. New resolution: I will catch up with season 3 rewatch, and rewatch later the episodes from season 1 and 2.
