Shattered, the way I saw it
Okay, it's a relief sort of, to see Callum in something good. More the pity for the lack of / bad promotion and poor ratings.
The premise is original, also tricky. It can become weird easily. Amy sees her new partner in a paranoid trance, is later witness to his rambling philosopher persona. And she doesn't run away screaming? Or politely ask for a reassignment? Good girl! Or maybe she's as crazy as him, or harboring dark, dark secrets? Callum is really good in this. He doesn't overdo it which again must be a tricky path to walk.
On a shallow note, he's hot - nothing new - we even get to see him in his undies.
And watching him do the dishes with Molly is very happy-making!
I liked it, a lot! and now, I want to see MORE!
