Hitched
Next semester, Chris plans to go to LCC, along with his (now our) friend Austin. However, making the trip to Lexington each day would be difficult for them, so, we decided to get an apartment together. It would save them money in the long run, be a great experience, etc. We turned in the applications on Saturday, and were supposed to hear something by this afternoon.
There was no call.
Last night, I met Chris' parents, and brother. They were all informed about us, and have been having a hard time accepting it, especially his brother. However, as time has gone on, they have gotten better, and were ready to meet me. Thomas, Chris' brother, was still not that thrilled. Shortly after we got there, Thomas spoke up and said that he wanted to go to the store with Chris.
So, for the next hour to an hour and a half, I was alone with Chris' parents................ lawrd almighty.
Anyways, it wasn't that bad. The main problem was just my nerves. I was just shy, nervous, etc.
Thomas is great. Come to find out, he didn't have the much of a problem, or, he had gotten over it. He ended up feeling me up, pulling my shirt up, making jokes, etc.
So, everything went great.
I called the apartment place today. They had just been busy, we were accepted for the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, with a pond view, vaulted ceiling, etc. :-)
