Do any of you fill out those online surveys that are noted on the bottom of your receipts?? You know, for Wal-Mart, Target, KMart, your local grocery store, etc. I try to when I remember. It would completely blow my mind if I won and had thousands to spend at the store. What would YOU do if you won a drawing for a $5,000 gift card for one of these stores?
