Most of them are assholes....I found out this guy has done some horrible shit, but luckily we have a Verizon rep at Best Buy who is looking out for me and getting things straightened out.

thats the thing i wasn't really talking to other people...you assumed i was because i made one comment...i started talking to you and you weren't responding...then you hung up...
