A perfect sentiment for today

Edit: Apparently Dr. King was misquoted above; the first sentence didn't go with the rest of it. My initial search hadn't shown any evidence to the contrary (the timing and content did seem TOO appropriate for the day, and so I went ahead and posted it.
Even with that first sentence added, they are still words of wisdom, and I would like to think that if Dr. King were alive today, it is a sentiment he would share.
