I hate Windows Vista (tm)
Edit 8:42pm. Fixed. I finally tried going PAST the screen I was getting...that actually got my access going again. Now to see if it fixed the problem I had. :-p

I miss DOS. No really, I do. I could FIND things in DOS. Windows Explorer, under Vista, is maddening.
Right now my gaming PC won't bring up WoW. This is after attempting to follow the instructions from Blizzard's support email to delete files to reset my user interface. (Which they said would fix a problem I had on ONE toon with in game mails, following the patch.)
After deleting the files, I shut down the pc, brought it back up and logged in. I can get to that screen you get to when the servers are down. Where it says choose a realm, etc.
I tried restoring the files. "Those already exist. Merge them?"
That didn't work either. Yes I rebooted.
