SEE!? This man had to be stopped, he was just TOO fabulous. THAT is the simple reason why things worked out they way they did. Perhaps if there had been more buttcheek (à la Thelma) and less hot facial hair, things could have been different for this man.

Pitt is capable of mere scruffy chic, which allows his attraction to have constraints, which is safe in Holy-wood. A man who can pull off such a startling array of masculine facial fashion is difficult to control, and is therefore dangerous. That's right- Cary is a force to be reckoned with.
