Age: It is impolite to ask a lady her age. :| She's old, OK? Probably centuries upon centuries. She appears to be, like, late-30's/early-40's, maybe. Her sharp features and horns don't exactly help with pinning it down. All made a bit moot by the fact that I'm apping her as a Prinny, though, isn't it?
Background: OK, so, once upon a time, King Stephen ruled his kingdom, but he and his wife were having a helluva hard time with that "producing an heir" thing. But then they managed to pull it off and had a baby girl, whom they named Aurora, because she ~*filled their lives with sunshine*~. Thrilled, they threw a huge party and invited everyone ever, with a single exception: the evil fairy, Maleficent. Maleficent, naturally, was not at all pleased by this development, and showed up anyway, because, seriously, it wasn't like they could stop her. :| She bestowed a "gift" (read as: curse) on the baby: before her 16th birthday, Aurora would prick her finger on the spindle of a spinning wheel and die. Maleficent then left the premises, after which one of the good fairies in attendance used her not-yet-bestowed gift to modify the curse so that Aurora would only fall into a deep sleep instead. King Stephen ordered all the spinning wheels in the kingdom burned and the three good fairies took the baby Aurora away with them to raise on their own in secret.
Maleficent spent the next 16 years uneasily, with her goons searching far and wide for the babe. To clarify, the goons spent 16 years searching for a baby. When Maleficent found out about this, she was understandably and incredibly pissed. After some chastisement, Maleficent sent her raven familiar out to seek Aurora. It managed to locate the hut where the fairies were raising Aurora, as two of the three were involved in a magical duel of sorts at the time and sending colorful spurts of magic up the chimney. There, it overheard that Aurora had met and fallen in love with a boy in the forest and had invited him to come back later that night and that the fairies would not allow this as Aurora had to go to the castle and be a princess now.
When the fairies brought Aurora to the castle for the celebration of her 16th birthday, they foolishly left her in a room on her own to mourn her lost love. Maleficent took advantage of the situation, and hypnotized Aurora, leading her away in the form of a Will-o'-the-Wisp. She led Aurora up to the top of a tall tower, before taking on the form of a spinning wheel, the spindle of which Aurora promptly pricked her finger upon, fulfilling Maleficent's curse. Maleficent gloated a bit to the good fairies and then left.
She did not, however, simply return to her fortress, but rather, went to now-abandoned hut where the fairies had raised Aurora, and there she captured Prince Phillip. She imprisoned him in her fortress and while her goons celebrated their victory over King Stephen's kingdom, she visited him in the dungeons, mocking him and his role in the tale. She then retreated to her chambers to sleep well for the first time in 16 years, content in her victory.

The good fairies, however, had different plans. They freed Prince Phillip from his bonds and aided him in his escape from Maleficent's forces. Maleficent was brought out from her quarters by the screeching of her raven familiar, before one of the fairies turned it to stone. Realizing that Prince Phillip was escaping and would revive Princess Aurora, Maleficent ascended to the top of her fortress and cast a spell that surrounded King Stephen's castle with harsh, thorny brush. When Phillip managed to cut through this successfully, Maleficent transported herself to the front of the castle before transforming into a massive dragon. In this form, she and Phillip did battle. Maleficent appeared to have the upper hand, until the good fairies enchanted his magical Sword of Truth to fly swift and sure, and Phillip threw it at Maleficent, stabbing her in the heart. In her death throes, she fell off the cliff she was perched upon and, after hitting the ground, all that apparently remained of her was her cloak with the blackening Sword of Truth sticking out of it.
And then she woke up a Prinny in the Netherworld.
Personality: Maleficent is Evil with a capital E and don't you forget it. She is also a Total Bitch with a capital T and a capital B. She is scathingly sarcastic and almost everything she says directly to someone is sarcastic. They are not, however, usually pithy, obviously sarcastic remarks (she never takes on that "oh, well, obviously tone of voice), but more like... elaborate and subtly mocking lies. Take, for example, her very first scene in the movie: she appears suddenly at Aurora's birthday celebration, talking about how she was disappointed not to receive an invitation and chalking this up to some mere oversight and then acts surprised when she's told that she wasn't invited because she wasn't wanted and then acts like she's going to leave quietly and isn't offended in the slightest, but, of course, we all know that she knew perfectly well that she was unwanted and she was pissed off about it. As shown by how she promptly says she'll bestow a gift upon the baby Aurora just like the good fairies to show how she bears no ill will for not being invited... and then curses Aurora to die before her 16th birthday by pricking her finger on a spindle. Basically, if she's smiling, you're screwed.
Maleficent is not someone one generally wishes to mess around with. She is a powerful fairy and one that will go to great lengths to even the score when she feels she's been slighted, cf. cursing Aurora, along with how that ended up. Her schemes tend to be elaborate and smoothly executed (at least, when she handles them herself, they are. Her skills at selecting minions who aren't complete and utter raging morons are apparently lacking.), and, oftentimes, downright cruel. Once she ensures that Aurora pricks her finger, she takes Prince Phillip prisoner and locks him in a dungeon, planning to let him go free and revive Aurora... in 100 years, when he'll be old, broken, and decrepit, hardly the picture of the fairy tale hero he's supposed to be.
Maleficent is a generally cold and distant person. She maintains a good deal of distance from her lackeys, shown particularly when her minions all party after the fall of Stephan's kingdom while she herself merely watches from her throne until she goes to pick on Prince Phillip some before retiring to bed. The only creature she seems to like at all (besides herself, that is) is her raven familiar, which she considers (rightly) to be her only truly reliable minion. This raven is her near constant companion and she almost seems distraught when she finds it turned to stone, though this could just as easily be distress at Prince Phillip escaping. However, it is very clear that she is anti-social by choice rather than by lack of social skills. She is elegant, refined, and classy, with a non-traditionally beautiful voice. Maleficent describes herself as the Mistress of All Evil and there's no denying that both parts of the title are fitting to Maleficent's character. She's a pretty fundamentally self-centered person, shown more through her disdain for basically everyone who isn't her more than any egotism on her part.

Class Title: Mistress of Prinny Evil
Immediate Possessions: A magical scepter.
Deposited Possessions: I'm going to assume that she had a sizeable amount of treasure stashed in the Forbidden Mountain and say it converts to about 20,000,000 HL. Also: -1 blackened Sword of Truth. -1 raven familiar, turned to stone.
Sample Entry: This is unacceptable! I am Maleficent, the Mistress of All Evil, not some sort of flightless bird. I shall find whatever poor fool is responsible for this and they shall pay heavily for this insult, mark my words. And once this silly little mess has been handled, I shall return to King Stephen's kingdom and have my revenge on that damned prince and those silly little fairies. If those imbeciles thought that they could be rid of me that easily, then they're even more foolish than I'd previously thought.
