It's ten o'clock, and time for the news!
Nearly 24 hours late, presumably due to bad luck, Overlord Baal's Prinny Vizier, Scrooge McDood, is announcing a wacky Friday the 13th event for the following week!
Apparently the Dark Assembly has been approached about a "Skill Reversal" bill which successfully passed, causing everyone in Baal's Netherworld to have their usual aptitude for any given activity completely reversed! All those mad scientists are suddenly too stupid to hold a beaker properly, but they'll be great at sports!
Keep in mind that this should very rarely constitute a change in personality. Just skill.

Yes, we're told the effects of the bill will last until next Saturday, the 21st. Until then, let's watch the antics unfold! Over to you for some valid excuse, Pleinair!
