Christmas Eve, 2006
Ok, this is VERY early, but I need to know now who would interested.
Every year, we all get excited about Christmas. Most of us because of presents and winter break... but this year, I want to be able to look back and say... Hey, I made a difference that year... I made someone smile, that may not smile a lot. And I'm hoping that most of you will feel the same.
Christmas is all about giving back to others who may not have as much as you do... at least that is what I was always taught. This year, I want to show that. Many kids get stuck in Children's Hospital for the holiday's but no child should ever have to be cooped up in the hospital on Christmas. This year, I want to go caroling at Children's Hospital along with visiting, hopefully, a couple nursing homes. I have a few people that I talked to that already say yes, that they would give up 4 to 8 hours of their Winter break to go spread some joy to those who won't be home for Christmas.
Will anyone else?
