Damn fairies!
So, the insomnia fairy strikes again. Suck. So I just threw in a load of laundry and did some picking up in the living room. It's slowly getting into a livable shape for real, which is good. Need to find a new home for some boxes (prolly my room for now) and vacuum, and I think I'm ready. Next project is the upstairs bathroom, hopefully wrapping that up this weekend. The we mop. Ewww.
I dropped by the Cam event tonight, and just spent the time socializing while folks went through the character creation stuff. Did some preliminary planning for NWRE 2k5 and bidding for ICC 2k7, got to convince a few people to come on Saturday night (Viewpoint! 9pm!), and spent a surprising amount of time talking to one of the Cammies from before my time who is coming back into the group to check out the new chronicle (hi Stacy!). Now I'm home and my mind is going a million miles a minute, bouncing from topic to topic, leaving me in a nearly frenetic mental state. It's downright unsettling, and making it impossible to sleep.
But hey, the brand spanking new alarm clock is set for four and a half hours from now. At least this one works (or did a few hours ago when I tested it). Not far enough away to drug myself at this point. Gah! Well, at least I'll get some reading done tonight...
