Reading the Yahoo news page is depressing, but reading Human Events is more depressing.
There's all these conservatives who have pointed out, "All the Obama administration has to do to destroy our country is X, Y, and Z." And then in the headlines, the Obama administration is charging blithely ahead, doing their best to accomplish X, Y, and Z.
Too bad Bush made it so easy for them to do all this with all the junk he signed into law. Nobody noticed, though, because it was just Bush.
One thing Bush did, though ... he didn't get on the news every five minutes and remind people that he was there. Which is why he was able to do the stuff he did, good and bad.
I donno ... politics are just generally depressing right now. I just want to sit and play Pokemon.
