Absolutely fantabulous
Christmas Day was fulfilling and fun! It started at The Lookout Emergency Aid Society. I peeled, assembled, spooned, scooped, sliced, and served various foods. I started at 11. I finished at 3. I met some pretty cool people there. Watching these people thank me profusely for their meal made me feel really good. I will certainly volunteer again next year.
I then took a drive out to Lakeside Marina out at Cultus Lake. There I had yet another turkey dinner. However this dinner was surrounded by games! The very first game determined if the men served the women, or vice versa. Luckily for me, the men won! Us guys sat in the living room while the women brought us our food and drinks. Mmmm more turkey with all the fixins. I have pictures. I'm just too lazy to post them right now.
We played more games throughout the night. Much hilarity ensued. I won a box of After Eight chocolates! Ahh...good times, good times!
