Leverage, Episode 6: In which--Christian Kane sings, whaaaa???
So this episode...OMG.
Also, I really need a leverage icon.
The opening of this episode is pretty painful to watch. The hand thing...omg, squeamish. Girl's voice was decent. Not someone I'd listen to on repeat.
Eliot and this girl...hmm...
HAHAHAA this video for Kirkwood is AWESOME. And vaguely reminds me of "The Climb" by Miley Cyrus. Not really a great comparison. And the song was pretty awful, too.
It always strikes me that Leverage is just SUCH a pretty show.

Parker looks all adorable in her country-western gear. Do people for real dress like this in Memphis?

Hmm...I find that whenever Nate is talking, I tend to tune him out. At least whenever he's not with Sophie. This could be detrimental to my understanding of the plot.

I'm not sure how I feel about this girl. Idk if it's the actress or the character, but it just doesn't feel very...genuine.
But Eliot in full white knight mode is ♥
And this is kinda cute. It's kinda nice seeing Eliot with a girl. I just wish it was Amy again or that one reporter from the Scheherazade Job.. But them playing the guitar together is a very nice image.

Oh Soph..."What is it with this city and ribs?" I like this moment lots, because it fits with the character she's playing but it also just sounds so very...Sophie.

How to make Christian Kane even hotter: give him a guitar and let him sing. This really isn't half bad. And I just resisted the urge to go to iTunes and look him up righthisminute. But I will proceed to do so after the episode is over.

I'm so excited about the next episode!!!! It looks amazing!
Overall, I'm just really, really pleased with this season so far. I feel like it's really gotten back to what made the first season so successful--the FUN in the cons and the relationship between the team. I feel like season two got away from that a little bit, but now I like how this season has the FEEL of the first season while showing the progression that all of them have made. I like how the characters have progressed and how everyone has slowly matured. All in all, I'm just really happy with this season and I can't wait until next week!!!!!
