i sent my resume out today. i can't wait until i get a high school job. i don't know what i'll do if i don't get a high school gig. i don't want to spend two more years looking at those 7th graders.
i LOVE high school. those kids are so good. which is rather surprising, since these are summer school kids, and i wasn't expecting them to be so easy. i'm not sure if my classroom management skills have improved so much, or what, but those kids listen to me, do as they are told, and do their work. it's all i need to make me happy. it's a nice bonus that they are funny, nice kids.
i move into my new apartment soon. i can't wait. erica is going to live with me for a few months while she completes her TESL certification. cross your fingers. let's hope we both survive. more importantly, this means board-game party at my house!
