so i'm pretty hype.
i got my tickets for ira glass today. i'm going to buy another set, so erica can go and bring a date. and as if that wasn't awesome enough, i just saw that david sedaris is going to be in nashville on october 17. how exciting!
i did a lot of shopping today. i got a lot of things i needed for my classroom: some bins and drawers, a stapler, index cards, markers, some binder rings, and some folders. it went so quickly, but i have some left. i think i'm going to spend it on some dictionaries. can you imagine that? a language arts class without any dictionaries!! sadly, i will probably only afford to get a couple, as i have to spend the rest on dry erase board markers and some pens and what not.
i almost forgot. i got a puppy. a yorkie named anna.
