can't nobody bring me down

So it seems that about half of my friends and/or acquaintances are in a bit of a rut at the moment. That makes me sad b/c I don't like seeing or hearing about them being in a bad place or not happy with themselves at the moment. This is b/c my friends are fabulous. All of them. Each one is wonderful and has amazing things to offer. So I would like to extend my friendship and love to all of them out there who aren't feeling 100% at the moment. Call me if you want to talk, email me if you need to vent.

It's times like this I sorta wish that I had religion... it seems like an appropriate time to pray or meditate. Ah well, I'll just make do with what I have.
