Homeward Bound....slowly....
so i am flying home. i will be home thursday morning at the latest, and with any luck, earlier than that. i got some sweet deals financially on my flights, but all shit deals as far as how long it takes me to get home. for those of you who care, my flight schedule is this:
Tuesday Depart 6pm Brisbane to Arrive Midnight Auckland
Wednesday Depart 7:30pm (17 hours after arrival!! BAH!) to Wednesday Arrive 10:45 am San Francisco (I make up almost my entire stopover in Auckland in the time difference, the flight is 12 hours but the time difference is 13 hours from Auckland to San Francisco)
Depart 10pm San Francisco (10 hours after arrival this time) to Arrive 6am Toronto
Depart 8:30am Toronto to Arrive 9:40ish am in Windsor.
(All in all, if you include the time difference, I leave 4am on tuesday and get to windsor at 10am on Thursday. 54 hours traveling. not cool. there is a chance i can get on an earlier flight once i am in transit, but we'll see)
i am currently in the Auckland leg of this shit trip, hehe. there is no earlier flight from here, so 17 hours it is. they have really good coffee at this airport, but other than that, i am pretty bored. the sun is just coming up though, so maybe the scenery will get a little more interesting. if not, oh well, only 13 hours to go :)
