Wow, I get a 'best ever' for my very first Heroes fic?

Heh. I rule.

Glad you enjoyed it - hope you like my forthcoming fics too.

Holy...I mean, just...WOW. Guh. Absolutely beautiful.

This is an annoying habit I have, the more I like a fic, the less coherent my feedback is. I REALLY liked this fic...

wriggles in joy Oh, wow. I LOVE your stuff. It's really great to get such a big compliment from a writer I admire.

Umm... would you be willing to beta something for me? It's shaping up to be pretty long - it's an AU where everyone gets their powers a couple of years later. Just to sweeten the pot? I'll send you my most extreme smut-scene first. Claire and Peter have been lovers for a few weeks, and Peter's just met Niki for the first time. (the scene will end the next morning, with Peter unfortunately having no idea why claire's making jokes about writing into penthouse forum)

If you're too busy, or don't want to, feel free to say no. No guilt trips intended, and I hope you'll enjoy the story anyway.

Oh, that sounds like an awesome idea. I'd be happy to look it over for you.

And I'm glad you like my fics! Hopefully you'll enjoy my next one, too. :D

BTW, mind if I friend you?

1) Cool, glad the premise sounds workable. Thanks heaps. I'll give you a shout in a few days?

2) I'd say the odds range from 'very good' to 'excellent'

3) Oh, please do! May I friend you back?

that was really great. I'm a total Paire believer, no matter if they're related or not. I mean, it doesn't stop Nathan from hitting on Peter, why should it stop Claire? ;-)

Heck, I've got about four fics planned where they're not related, about three where they are and still together in some way, and one in outline which has both! (long story - it's going to be a good ten chapters, and I'll have a shitload of research to do on mythology first)

Oh my, that was fantastic. I loved the bond between Claire and Heidi so that she could confess her feelings about Peter to someone. That scene was perfectly mirrored by Peter getting drunk in Isaac's apartment. I could perfectly picture Mohinder getting all excited when he was compairing Nathan & Peter's DNA and all of the commotion it would cause. Of course, I loved Claire taking the initiative and going after Peter during that gray period when they may not be related. Hopefully they really aren't. Will there be a sequel where we find out?

suppressing the urge to do the highland fling of squee

Wow, I get two of my fave paire authors saying nice things! I'm glad the parallels between the two moping scenes came through as I intended. Glad I got my description of Mohinder's appearance right - I'm really hoping something like this happens on the show sometime in season 2.

As for the sequel? Um, actually I'm not intending one. The whole uncertainty principle of the whole thing was the major theme, and it kinda feels like cheating if I came down on one side or another - especially since the only way I could see any plot developing would be if the results were negative. I did have a whole conspiracy theory planned - but I sorta switched the idea to another fic. If I can ever work up the nerve to work out the whole mythology theme and mystical battle ideas, it'll be called 'Cardinal Sins'.

Don't worry, I wasn't counting on a sequel. I have a bad habit of leaving stories off like you did, letting the reader imagine whatever outcome they wanted.

Can't wait to read your next fic.
