2009 - cheers!!!
This year is going to be one of my best so far. I'm graduating (FINALLY) in June with my B.S. in Social Science from PSU online. Eric and I are getting married (FINALLY) in July. Wedding planning is going well - though I am simultaneously juggling 22 credits this term so I'm going to be very busy!!! Regarding wedding plans: We have reserved the date and location and paid our deposit on it. My mom is picking up my wedding dress tomorrow - I ended up going with one of the more comfortable and less expensive styles. There's room for me to gain weight...just in case I decide to pack in a few extra cheeseburgers in the meantime. =) We ordered our wedding cake, it's going to be SO yummy - butter cream is the best. We sent out save the date magnets over winter break. I am SO excited!!!!!!!!
We are currently living in Corvallis with our two dogs, two cats, and my cousin Garrison (who sleeps on a futon in our living room). The apartment is not nice at all ... it's pretty gross. The shower has hardly any water pressure and the hot water usually lasts about 5 minutes. The building is not insulated very well so it gets COLD...at least Corvallis cold. Some of the walls are dark purple, like plum or prune colored. Some of the walls are a nasty puke green color. And the hardwood floors are hilarious...there are a few random holes that were "patched up" with tape. It's classy.
I am so ridiculously excited for June/July. We're 99% sure we'll be moving back to Central Oregon and probably buy a house as soon as we possibly can (while the economy is still crappy). I can't wait.
