family babble: Cooking

I made stuffed mushroom from the Diabetic Cooking magazine for dinner tonight.
Can we say Yummy? Yumm. I pared them with mini cornbread/zuquenee muffins. A light but tasty meal.

Of course my son isn't eating it. He's Mikey, he won't eat it, he won't eat anything...

If anyone wants the recipe let me know and I'll type it up.

If made about 4 of the recipes in the magazine now and they've all been good. I will have to get the subscruption.
