James will be with his groomsmen at 8:30 til 10ish.
and then they will all be at the venue setting up since all of our TABLE LINENS AND DISHWARE wont be coming til 10 that day.

Geoff is in the same boat. I think both erik and Geoff can fetch us starbucks and then head up to the venue to set up. by then the groomsmen should be there setting up as well. MAYBE Geoff could bring his car and take erik with him... and you could use your car to bring us up there ? :) Katherines car will be used by ryan who is taking a later ferry.
And this gives erik and geoff time to bond....talk about nerdy games and crap?? YEAH?
I donno.. Whatever you want to do. if anything the men could walk around the block until we get finished.
