Why Supernatural Remains Numero Uno. FOR ME.

S05E08 - Changing Channels

2 days due but I was hit by a spur of the moment. Otherwise known as: I'm being distracted from Nanowrimo. Who writes 50k words without so much as in place a quality control! UGH. Anyway, move on.

Eric Kripke just somehow manages to throw in funny into an otherwise dark and bleak MAJOR PLOT DEVELOPMENT moments, and GETS AWAY WITH IT.

This episode is totally LOLS and I would want to spam my flisters in SG with this when I get back. XD Including the few episodes before this- episode 5 "Fallen Idol" (with Paris Hilton) and episode 7 "The Curious Case of Dean Winchester".

If Supernatural were all the shows below, I'd totally get them. But I wouldn't bother because Supernatural did all that in one episode! ♥ TICKS ALL MY BOXES. Roared so much at the tv that ammonium was alarmed.

Opening theme is a lot of love.

Ah cheesy fun that pokes fun at other tv shows.

If only they had Ellen and Jo, they'd have been the coolest Scooby Gang on the block.

DR SEXY MD. Sam may be a Gandhi fan but Dean totally spends his time watching too much soap.

Oh Castiel. ;___; In case you were wondering what the gameshow's called, it's NUTCRACKER!!!. Those things Sam and Dean are strapped onto? Painful.

THIS WAS THE BEST FUN EVER.
Dean said, and I quote: "I'm wearing sunglasses at night! You know who does that? No-talent douchebags. I hate this game. I hate that we are in a procedural cop show- you wanna know why? Because I HATE. PROCEDURAL COP SHOWS."

And this was the icing on the cake. You really need the music that went on in this scene to get it if you don't recognise the uh... flashing red.

Oh god lol.

And the next episode is titled, "The Real Ghost Busters".

Sam and Dean thank you for your time.
