shameless plug is shameless

On a random yet somewhat embarrassing note: I've actually signed up for one of those freebie sites where you get something in return for completing a trial offer and referring x number of friends to the site. My attempt to get a free wii is about halfway finished. If you can, please help a girl out:

No spam from this site for using my email address. I even set up a new gmail account just in case, but it turns out i didn't need to worry after all.

I've done the blockbuster online offer... it looks like a great substitute for traditional DVD rental but I have yet to use it to its full potential. Two of the first three DVDS that I ordered are sitting on my dresser unwatched. Maybe if I spent less time putzing around online I'd have the time to watch these movies. XD

I've done two other offers in exchange for signing up at other people's websites. Free Credit Report 360 was okay, but it really didn't provide much more information than I could have gotten from my annual free credit report. That trial was a dollar to try, but when I canceled the membership they credited me the dollar back.

Most recently, I've tried Boca Java... $20 dollars for x amount of flavored coffee, not too shabby. I could always use coffee anyway. I haven't gotten the package yet, so maybe I'll update when i've gotten the stuff.

I never knew this, but there are actually huge online communities that focus on these websites and trade referrals, pay for referrals, make a buttload of money off sites like these. That's all well and good, but I already have steady income.  I just want a Wii without breaking my budget. I figure, hey, if it's free, I have nothing to lose just by trying.
