fizzled out
I went to the fizz with Manda thinking i might do the karaokee thing and win $40...but the fizz stunk, and neither one of us really wanted to stay the whole time so i ended up not doing it. I had 1 beer then we rolled on out. I met a dood named Jeff tonight from pound who plays in a band with a guy i recorded here at the studio a couple of times. I dunno what kind of base player Jeff is but unless this dood i recorded has gotten a heck of a lot better Jeff needs to find him some new guys to play with. I guess the point of this entry is that besides the fact that i need a good girl...i also need a good drummer and bass player so i can get out and play some. I'd love to have a regular gig on thurs or fri. night. I'm good enough i know it. This town is just stifling me. There's no creativity...there's nobody like me here.
