first post, 2006
This is the first entry. I should comment on the end of the previous year first I guess. Christmas eve started out as a drama after not finding the base of the tree for hours, then realizing it's at vogueaholic's mom. What more, her tree is stood into it... We managed to get it back home by 21:00, stood the tree into it, and we finally could give each other the presents under a beautifully decorated 3m tall tree at 1:00AM. At least we had a happy ending, even though quite late.
Few days later we spent two days in my hometown to be with my family during the seasons. It was quite nice, I don't blame it on xmas, but we manage to talk much both with my brother and my mom, though it's a rare occasion. The better parts of the two days were spent with almost___normal and PsychoTommy, just bashing around the city or hanging out at Agi's place, and laughing our asses off.
New years eve was horrible to me, though we spent it with the best company ever. Many friends came over, though half of them (lachyx, Darkie, neo__geisha, Maxi and Soffy) left quite early to go to some club, which turned out to be quite crappy. The rest of us stayed at home till the morning, and had great fun drinking, playing JENGA and stuff. I really missed some dancing though, so much that I fell asleep at 2:00 and slept till 5:00 :)
The nicer part was the 2nd of January, when I joined Soffy, Maxi and neo__geisha in the Darkness Restaurant. We had a very good time just chit-chatting, though unfortunately Soffy had to leave early. I was left there with two crazy Englishmen, where I got to know important facts, like that Slimes is rented for airsoft games at daytime, even Edy's father thinks he's gay (he's not!), and he sometimes updates LJ being drunk ;) I called a cab for them for the morning to get to the airport and we parted, agreeing on meeting in a few months again.
Then usual working days commenced, with nothing interesting. Yesterday some friends came over, and we had an Activity party. I have to admit that until yesterday I thought this game is crap. I just realized that one needs the right people for it and it's really great fun, with some bottles of nice wine in particular.
