Yes, I can learn new tricks
So, since I have multiple cans of pumpkin left over from the holidays and I had a hankering for pie, I decided to bake a pumpkin pie tonight. I have baked before, but not a pumpkin pie. So, I had to arm myself with a recipe off the internet, follow some directions (oh so hard, not) and put it in to bake. The hardest part is waiting for the pie goodness. Or at least what I hope is goodness, since it is an untried recipe for me. Well, I should know in about 30 minutes or so...
