It would be much better if they did away with the forced-harem thing and balanced the cast out more, instead of making all the girls focus solely on the main character - more 'shonen' and 'mecha'...especially since their action scenes are actually done pretty decently, IMO /)__(\

I used to think like that as well, and to a certain extent I think belittling my own work was a sort of 'comfort', like 'oh if no one comments or if anyone says it's bad, it's okay since I'm not good anyway!' ...And like you said, it really is more counterproductive than anything - in fact, it kind of...kills your self-confidence little by little .__.)a

F!S does have a talent when it comes to sounding jealous and bitter...though you're right as well, being positive is a great help and personal motivater! Getting frustrated at your own level of talent is natural, I think - in more than just art, as well. In the end, some people are just going to have that much edge over everyone else, so we just have to keep trying and going for it instead of going around in circles \m/

THOUGH I KIND OF PITY THE MAIN CHARACTER, he seems like a decent guy.

To the point where you just don't want to do this anymore...which is quite sad, one should never give up something you truly love!! Yeah, if you get so angry at yourself you just throw everything down and give up for good, that's just...really wasted.

And I believe in the end, hard work and effort WILL pay off, no matter how much raw talent you have. >B)
