lol I just took a glance in serebii and I've never back clicked so quickly(well, other than the time I accidentally came across this awful lemon and I didn't even know what lemons were). It's like. DUDE COLOURS PEOPLE. COLOURS. It doesn't mean anything. I think I like random_prophet's thought of it representing yin yang/good neutral chaotic neutral etc

HAHAHA WHOA, SEREBII'S FREAKING OUT OVER IT ALREADY?
When I first looked at it I thought that it represented something more 'yin and yang'-esque -- two different things on opposite ends of the scale that cannot exist without each other, keeping each other in balance. And stuff like that. Seriously, it's not racewank, it's actually symbolism to a certain extent. :/ (and it makes me wonder what legendary pokemon this will breed...)

I wonder too. Currently being influenced by Zorroark so at first I thought illusions vs reality or something. Then there's the fact that black and white just looks really, really classic. I love it.

I loved pokemon since I was a kid but I have to admit, in Kanto they were just throwing in shit left and right - they didn't even know they would be doing more than 52 episodes, so they figured they could get away with making it over the top and cracky as possible.
