London memories
Finally I took some time to pick out some photos I like, from the trip to London. It was awesome! We walked around a lot... up to 6 hours a day, so for a lazy ass like me, it was quite a marathon.
We saw an arrest, just next to us on the train, where a bitchy teenage didnt have the right tickets and refused to pay for them. When the conductor tried to get her out of the seat, she punched him! So they started to struggle and she was screaming and yelling... it was kind of funny, even tho it was a serious situation. A bit later another conductor (or was he a security guard?) came and asked us if we could give him contact address just in case the police needed our statement. :D
After waiting for 4 hours on new years eve, we saw the most amazing fireworks EVER! The thing lasted for 11 minutes and it concluded with a blinding white light, followed by some kickass EXPLOSIONS! I couldnt help myself but to cheer really loudly. The best part was the countdown, where you could feel the tension in the air. There was also this really cool music the last minute till New Year, which even enchanted the euphoria.
The scary part was getting home. Imagine 700 000 people deciding to go home at the SAME TIME. It was kind of overwhelming. We needed 4 hours just to get back to Reading, where we stayed =_=
