this is now my workout blog.
45 push-ups twice a day right now with anchored feet
four hours of work = 50 push ups
each day I increase the number by 5 until I get to 100
then I spend the next 20some days progressively changing it to 100 unanchored
then i start to experiment with suspended push-ups if I can find somewhere to hang myself upside down
arm exercises are under consideration
dietary refinement starts march 15
