Alice in... Wonderland?

Yeah. So I just started playing this quite different version of "Alice in Wonderland" on the computer. I borrowed it from my Uncle. It's specifically "American McGee's: Alice". So, for those of you who are imagining a blonde little girl chasing a white rabbit through a somewhat peaceful yet strangely animated world, you'd be mistaken. No, this Alice was put in an insane asylum after her parents died in a fire and the whole works. The Cheshire cat is your guide and he's cool, he's got a cool voice, but he's kinda freaky at first 'cause he's basically a seriously anorexic and tattoo-ed version of the one people are used to. But once you get over that, he's really cool. You at least have to appreciate him considering he's the ONLY one in this deranged Wonderland that will provide you with any assistance without it coming "with a price" -even if it is cryptic and somewhat confusing advice. My younger sister watched through the beginning of it with me and watched me play for about five or so minutes and was completely silent as I hacked down my first group of cards with your first weapon -a butcher knife basically- and blood spattered everywhere as they were hacked in two. Finally after much screaming and the decapitation of a few enemies, I paused and turned to look at her and the only thing she said was, "This is gonna give me nightmares..."   XDD I couldn't help giggling. So far I'm enjoying it. For those of you who know the game fairly well, right now I'm somewhere in the Chess world... The red one...  The white queen was decapitated in the good ol' guillotine. I at least know you're going to know what I'm talking about sighani.

Yeah. Just figured I needed a first post and I didn't really feel like doing the whole "Hi! I'm new here!" stuff so... Yup. First post. At three in the morning. Jeez I'm tired. And half out-of-my-mind.

Oh, that and my earrings broke! TT^TT Wah! I love my earrings and one of them just broke randomly! I hope I can get it fixed soon...

first post, alice, earring, deranged
