I have been working out twice daily, started on Monday. In the morning I do my 25 minute Slim in 6 dvd and 10 minute ab dvd. Then in the afternoon, I do the 45 minute dvd with resistance bands, and some other strength exercises. I have been wanting to do some pilates at night, but I don't want to over exert my muscles, so that will have to wait til I get my routine a little better. This morning, instead of doing the 25 mintue dvd, I took the kids on a 30 minute walk. Man they have gotten really heavy in the stroller. That was more of a work out than the dvd I am doing, lol. I'll have to rotate between the two. It was nice though, the kids enjoyed it. Jaylynn starts Pre-k on the 12th, so Jorden will be easier to push in the small stroller.
We are heading to my family reunion this weekend. We are leaving tomorrow to stay the night at my grandpa's in B'ham, AL. My dad, step-mom, and little bro Kaleb will get there tomorrow night as well. Then Friday we are off to Mississippi to check in to the lovely Super 8! (I should have made my own reservations, lol. Oh well, we are saving money.) Family reunion events all weekend, then Sunday night after the banquet we are heading back to my grandpa's for another night. Then Monday we return home.
I have been getting my homework all done, so I only have a couple discussions to do while I am away, so that will be nice.
Alright off to get the kids a snack, and then nap time.
