What a day...
My day has been buck wild for no reason at all. I woke up, fed kids and Blu, and started going through Jorden's clothes. He had more that didn't fit him than I thought, so now I have this huge basket for people to go through on Saturday if they want anything. I even organized his entire closet and hug up his MTWT... organizer he got for Christmas. So now I can set his clothes for the week. Jaylynn's was already set up because she just could hang hers. But Jorden's closet is tighter and has an upper and lower bar, so the lower bar would get in the way if I hung it. So I hooked and wired it to the ceiling down the side of the closet. It fits nicely. ....That was a short story drawn out....

Anyway, I finished that up about 10:30, got Jorden dressed and laid him down for nap. Then I finished a load of laundry I had going, then got Jaylynn dressed, and myself. We snacked on an orange and watched Backyardigans until Jorden woke up. Then we headed out to the store to shop for Jaylynn's party. This is about 1 now, Jorden napped for a while. As soon as we get in the car, Jay falls asleep, which was expected because she never does it in the house. That is why I decided to go to a further store first. Which was pointless, way more expensive than Walmart for Dora party items. I did end up getting a table cloth, a dora hat for Jay, and the cake plates, those were cheaper there. But that was it. Jorden whined the ENTIRE time in that store, so I ended up buying them some candy on the way put to barter with them to shut up. I NEED to stop doing that. Jaylynn was whiny too, because she just woke up, and she wanted to buy everything, I am glad I stuck to my guns though, because man we would have way overspent there.
So after that we headed to Walmart, Jaylynn says she is hungry, and so is Jorden, and I actually am too, so we ate at the McDonalds there before we went in. Ugh, bad idea. Jorden got ketchup everywhere, and he wouldn't sit still. He cried the entire time in the highchair, so I didn't want to deal w/ that. But of course Jay wanted to get in the highchair, I explained to her she is too big, and she started hollering. At this moment I am think F** Walmart, I will do this on my lunch break tomorrow, but then they calmed down. Of course as we are nearing the end of eating Jaylynn has to pee. (She always does when we are at McDonalds, and it is just me there, I always have to pack everything up and take her to the bathroom. Because I had the food in their bag and Jorden in the cart, I told her to run in, and she did fine, but when she was washing her hands, she was taking forever, I peek in and she is having a conversation about her party with 2 older ladies, it was cute.
We continue through the store and Jaylynn does really good when we are getting stuff I didn't have to argue with her at all, she knew I knew what to get. But Jorden, MAN, what a whiner today. He wanted to hold everything, but didn't, he wanted to open the candy for her pinata, he basically pitched a fit the entire time. He is getting a little big for the seat belt thingy on the cart, so lately I have't even been strapping him in. But he kept trying to climb out so I could hold him, ugh!!!!!! I ended up stretching that thing til it couldn't go no more, which wasn't very long, and took his coat off and it fit. But he was still whining. When Jorden whines, it is one of the most annoying things ever.
So then we get to the check out line and Jorden is full blown crying now, and Jaylynn is asking me for every piece of bubble gum in their!! I was trying to monitor what we were spending because I knew I grabbed a couple of extra things and didn't want to go over $40-50. Well, it came up to $60 and instead of deciding what to put back, I was like whatever, I will bring it back later, I need to get these kids out of here. Got Jay her pack of gum b/c she had stopped crying and asked me nicely. So we are walking back to the car, and I notice Jorden with a bag of M&M's.....that I didn't pay for!!!! Ugh, I said whatever, and asked the Lord to forgive me for the M & M's, lol.
But he still was not quiet, he cried because I wouldn't open them. He doesn't do good with the bags, and I didn't want M&M's all in his seat and my car floor. So I listened to him the entire ride home. We get home and I realized I forgot to buy Koolaid, and some meat to eat tonight! Ugh. Keep in mind it has been pouring rain all day, and I have a wet cold dog on the porch. So I waited around for a bit, talked to my mom, my nana, and my stepmom. All this time the kids were driving me bonkers, climbing on the couch after me repeatedly saying no, messing with her party stuff, Jorden wanting candy candy and more candy. Ugh, I had had it. So I decided to wait til the neighbors pulled up so I can get them to come up for a sec. Jorden just was not going to calm down and continually cried and cried, so I put him in his bed, and he went straight to sleep, solved that problem. But Miss Jaylynn, wow, talk talk talk talk talk whine whine whine whine whine b/c Momma said no more gum. Ugh, finally I go downstairs and her daughter was not home, but Sharon offered to come up, great! So I stepped out in the pouring rain and drove to the store. Our bank is in the grocery store so I decided to deposit Jaylynn's $10 check she got from her nana for her birthday. They suck so bad in there, I stood in line for like 10 minutes. Ugh, I hate that bank. To lazy to find a new one.
Get home talk to Sharon for a second, and then started dinner. It was still pouring too hard to take Blu down. Poor doggy, he was soaking and cold, but I knew as soon as I let him in the house he would piss and shit, and I would rather just clean up wet dog, so I waited til it slowed down. I tried to feed him outside while I waited, but he didn't wanna eat in the cold. After hopping over the kids to cook dinner, they are always at my feet, we ate. Jorden cried because I moved Jay's party stuff off the table, and he saw the candy! Ugh, so naturally he didn't want to eat rice and chicken. I sent him to his room, but he turned to his senses after a minute and came back and started eating. They both gobbled up the rice and chicken, good. So then there was an interesting MADE on with a nerd wanting to be a break dancer, and I wanted to watch so decided too. Kids are bouncing, chasing, pulling, pushing, laughing, crying all over the place. I told them 2-3 times to play in the bedroom, but they always go back there for a second then come back. I think they even sensed I was in a sour mood, because when we tried to go play basketball or something in Jorden's room, they didn't want to play with me, lol. : ( I sat with Jorden at the pot for a while, he didn't go, and hadn't gone all day accept for the time he had a diaper on while we were at the store. He has been holding it lately, which is soooo annoying. He waits for his diaper. When he woke up from nap, (in a diaper) I asked him to come sit on the pot, and did he have to go pee, he replied, no, in diaper. His diaper was soooo full! Ridiculous, Jaylynn never did that, lol. Boys are different. Jorden went to bed about 8:20 because I just couldn't stand the whining anymore. He actually went to bed with out a peep, I think he was just tired for some reason today, I hope he is not coming down with any sickness. Hopefully just growing.
I noticed the rain had settled down, so I went to take Blu out, as soon as we get down there pouring again. Poor doggy, he was soaked. I brought another blanket outside for him because his other one was wet, and some towels to dry him off a little. Then I came in and put Jaylynn to sleep. Then got the blow dryer ready for me to bring Blu in. With the kids being wacky today, I just didn't want to try bringing him in and cleaning him up with them at my feet the entire time. So I grab a towel, go out there and carry his heavy ass in the house. Brought him to the bathroom, dry him off. He is licking me the entire time, so I know he was miserable out there. Poor baby. He's already curled up in a ball in his bed asleep right now. I had to light a few candles to get the wet dog smell out, lol. He ate right away after he was warm. I'll have to wash those blankets off tomorrow, or atleast hang them over the porch for them to dry.
This has been the only moment of quiet I had all day long. And that sucks. I had to vent on here before I got wrapped up in homework. I didn't do a lick of wedding business today, which also sucks, I have some emails to get out. Maybe after my homework if I am still up. My cold acted up last night, so I was thinking of taking a Tylenol cold Pm tonight, so I probably won't get to much after my homework.
