Movie Review: Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull
Let me just start off by saying that I did not have high expectations for this movie at all, but I did have hopes that I would like it due to the reviews I've head from others. That said, I really disliked it a lot. I'd even say this was the biggest disappointment I've had in a movie in some time now. The cinematography was even worse than any of the older movies I'd seen. Shots were poorly placed and acting was so horrible that I felt I wanted to cry in shame for the name of Indiana Jones. I do understand that part of the nostalgia of the jones movies is the good clean cheesy humor, but the humor in this new one was beyond cheesy. It was just downright dumb in my opinion. About 1/4 of the way through, I was so bored with it, that I fell asleep. By the next morning, I decided I was not going to even attempt to finish watching it, but instead returned it back to redbox.
