So...I drove to Corpus yesterday afternoon (speeding like a demon, I might add...Golden rule? What?) in order to go to my sister's band concert because something HUGE was gonna happen!
Last night, my sister's boyfriend proposed to her! And, of course, she said yes. Which means that my almost 22-year-old sister is now engaged, and I'm the Maid of Honor. I should probably add that they set the date for *this* August.
Wow...SO eventful. Once again, I'm effectively distracted from what I should be doing, i.e. writing.
